Conscious Relationship
as a Practice

Learn the essential teachings of how to create a Conscious Relationship and journey with Ben and Shay into relationship work as they share intimate details of their partnership. Module Two

SHADOW WORK IN RELATIONSHIP

We all have a shadow and there’s nothing bad or wrong about it. But when left unchecked, our shadow can secretly sabotage our relationships. In this session, we create safety for you and your partner to gently explore your own shadows and learn a simple practice for becoming more self-aware and Conscious in how you show up for yourselves and each other.

Module Three

CONSCIOUS TOOLS
FOR RESOLVING CONFLICT

Conflict can either be devastating to your relationship, or open up doors for healing and understanding. When we allow conflict to usher us into our growth, our partners are no longer our opponent, but our ally. In this module, we cover how to navigate conflict consciously, and give you two practices for resolving conflict peacefully. This exercise is by far one of our most valuable tools and we use it in every conflict – big or small.

Module Four

Learning Your Partner's Heart

In this session, we explore your “origin story” by creating a safe container to get to know where your beliefs about love, and your blocks to intimacy may have formed. We also guide you through a powerful and life-changing forgiveness process to help you unlock your wounds and deepen in vulnerability, intimacy and self-awareness.

Module Five

Creating Paradise at Home

Do you know how you and your partner uniquely express love? Do you ever feel like your partner just doesn’t “get it”? Do you feel like sometimes you get stuck in a cycle of negativity and pointing out each other’s flaws? In this session, we guide you to explore each other’s love languages, reduce negativity and invoke a safer, more loving, appreciation focused relationship.

Module Six

Intimacy Practices:
Date Night Exercises

In this experiential module, we deliver 3 potent date night rituals that you can weave into your relationship. Learn how to practice breathwork, eye-gazing, and other connection rituals designed to help you both ask for what you want, give and receive feedback and hold space in your partnership.
